 Major’s Residence

An addition to the rear of this residence created a new family kitchen and dining room to the main level and an exposed metal, spiral staircase leading to the second level.  The expansion on the second level included a master bedroom and bathroom suite.  Skylights placed within the cathedral ceiling both in the master bedroom and upper hallway now allows natural lighting to enter these areas.  A patio and covered walkway placed just outside of the kitchen leads to the rear carport, and the addition also boasts an outdoor, built-in barbeque grille and gardening area.
