Westside Professional Center

This 30,000 sq. ft. project involved the creation of two large, independent buildings designed into various-sized condominium units.  These buildings were designed to follow the natural sloping site, and it meets all handicap-accessible routes.  The façades of these buildings were designed to blend with the existing residential neighborhood.  Each condominium unit has its own entry and adjacent parking areas.  Various exterior materials are spread throughout the entire complex offering personal identity and harmony within the total complex.
