Piccadilly’s Brew Pub

This revitalization of an 18th century two-story furniture warehouse is now a very popular place for social   gatherings in historic downtown Winchester.  Changes to the exterior of this structure were minimal except for the new east entry, now equipped with a handicap-accessible ramp and an addition to hold the microbrewery tanks.  The interior structure’s brick walls, wood beams, and wood floors were retained and exposed to create the unique old-world atmosphere.  Updated mechanical and electrical fixtures were left exposed and painted to blend with the structure.  Two bars, dining facilities and banquet rooms surround the centrally located kitchen for optimal efficiency and service.
