Gas mart complex

The complex consists of three separate structures:  a gas station convenience center consisting of 4,500 sq. ft. with a detached car wash along its side and two commercial condominiums, one that is 10,400 sq. ft. and the other is 5,290 sq. ft. Each unit houses five to seven individual units.  This complex reflects similar details, finishes, and architectural elements that complete the overall appearance.
